He has a Bachelor of Physical Education from Oklahoma Christian College and a Master of Public School Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma. Richard has been married to Adeline for almost 50 years and has 3 children and 9 grandchildren. He is blessed to live within a 5-mile radius of all of them, and thankful his family is so close.

Mr. Nix also coached El Reno Indians sports, including Jr. High Basketball (Girls & Boys), Jr. High Football, and High School Soccer (Girls & Boys). After retiring from El Reno, Richard served as Principal at Canadian Valley Christian Academy. There he tripled the size of the school and prepared them for accreditation.

A note from your Principal.

I love working with children, and it is my goal to help each one of them to learn how to be successful in life.

Thank you for trusting your child with us this year. I will do everything in my power to keep God in the center of our lives, starting every day by thanking God and asking for his guidance.

With God walking with us, we will have a wonderful and successful year at Glory Christian School.
